These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you and Miss Summer when you purchase products from our website www.misssummer.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP.

  • Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Ordering & Contract

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

  • We may refuse an order if products are unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if there has been an error in pricing.

5. Delivery

  • We ship to the UK.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays) are not our responsibility.

  • Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the delivery address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your rights depend on the type of return:

 

Change of mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

  • You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order and request a refund.

  • To do so, contact us at academy@misssummer.co.uk . You must return items within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

 

Exemptions (for hygiene reasons):

  • Lash products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Faulty or incorrect items:

  • If products are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or repair in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Customer Responsibilities 

  • Please follow all product instructions and safety guidelines.

  • We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of products.

8. Liability 

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage beyond what is foreseeable when you place an order.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
